These terms govern your use of the Info Tree Services website and the consultancy services delivered by Info Tree Services Private Limited.
About Info Tree
Info Tree Services Private Limited is a private consultancy incorporated in India. We are not a government body, bank, ministry or statutory authority. We assist clients in applying for programmes administered by those bodies, but we are not affiliated with them.
Scope of services
Our services are limited to what is explicitly agreed in a signed engagement letter between Info Tree Services Private Limited and the client.
Nothing on our website, in marketing materials, or in informal communications shall be construed as a commitment to deliver any outcome not specified in a signed engagement letter.
No guarantee of approvals
We do not guarantee approvals, sanctions, disbursements or certifications. All final decisions rest with the relevant government authority, bank, NBFC or certification body. What we commit to is a complete, compliant file, honest advisory, and full execution of the services in the engagement letter.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. We use a mix of fixed advisory fees, success-linked components, or retainers, depending on the service.
Payment terms and milestones are specified in the engagement letter. Government portal charges, statutory fees and third-party charges (such as audit or certification body fees) are payable by the client in addition to our advisory fees.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Info Tree is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.
Clients must make themselves available for signatures, KYC verifications, authority meetings and other steps required by the engagement.
Clients retain ultimate responsibility for their own compliance, tax, legal and regulatory obligations.
Intellectual property
All Info Tree templates, project reports, work papers and methodologies remain our intellectual property. Final filings and documents prepared specifically for a client's application become the client's property upon full payment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Info Tree's aggregate liability under or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
Confidentiality
All information shared with Info Tree is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or by the authority to which an application is submitted.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
